    […] ST. CHARLES: The Festival of the Fox is taking place in St. Charles this weekend. This is a scaled-back version of the Pride of the Fox RiverFest, which took place in the city for 30 years. The bulk of the action is in Pottawatomie Park, including the popular dragon boat races.
